Ensuring a safe working environment in ship operations, taking measures against specific hazards, meeting the needs of the market in which our customers are involved, and complying with relevant regulations and rules.
Handling all complaints and requests from our customers transparently and with a customer-focused approach, considering the terms of the agreements made with our customers, our operational conditions, and legal requirements; we commit to addressing complaints objectively and impartially and ensuring that ship operations always occur within the framework of international standards. We also commit to safe and environmentally friendly ship management, timely and appropriate maritime transportation.

Our company is an international firm with extensive capabilities in providing international ship management , ship chartering management and technical ship management solutions.
Our company's vision is to be the best by continuously developing and growing our long-standing expertise with innovative and pioneering solutions, always aiming for excellence and superior success in ship operations and management.
While carrying out these activities, we have adopted the policy of creating and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for employees, suppliers, customers, visitors, and potentially affected third parties, ship personnel, operated ships, and service support personnel both inside and outside the work environment, minimizing harm to individuals and the environment, and continuously improving occupational health and safety and environmental performance criteria.

Information Security Policy
Our company's top management has defined the ISMS policy in a manner that includes the commitment to comply with the responsibilities of the services provided by our business, to meet regulatory requirements, and to continuously improve its effectiveness. This policy serves as a framework for the establishment and review of ISMS objectives.
Our company's top management ensures the communication and understanding of the ISMS policy and reviews it periodically to maintain ongoing compliance.
As the management of our company, in line with our mission and vision, providing Information Technology services to our contracted customers is our primary area of work. Our services are maintained within the scope and boundaries of the ISMS, with the aim of:
• Highly meeting the expectations of our customers and the organizations we serve under contract, enhancing their information processing capabilities, keeping them informed of technological developments, and assisting them in achieving their activity/process/performance objectives. Within the scope and boundaries of the ISMS, our company's ISMS policy adheres to legal and regulatory requirements and considers the obligations or dependencies arising from contracts or third parties. Our company declares its commitment to the establishment, implementation, operation, monitoring, review, maintenance, and improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the framework expressed above by carrying out the following actions:
• ISMS objectives have been defined and planned.
• Risk analyses have been conducted, and based on the results of these analyses, risk assessments and risk criteria have been established, ensuring risk management within this framework.
• The importance of meeting information security objectives and complying with information security policies, legal responsibilities, and the need for continuous improvement have been defined and sustained.
• Sufficient resources (financial, human resources, equipment, software, security, consulting, training, etc.) have been provided to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and improve the ISMS.
• Necessary efforts have been organized and managed to determine the criteria for accepting risks and acceptable risk levels.
• The ISMS Policy will be reviewed at least once a year and adjustments will be made as deemed necessary, with relevant parties being informed accordingly.
